RETURNS
Returns are accepted for store credit only, no more than 14 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 14 days since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a store credit.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be unused and in new condition. Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, parts, accessories, and documentation that was included with the original manufacturer's packaging.
Final Sale items that are not eligible for return include damaged items, sale items, items that have been personalized, custom orders, holiday items, gift cards, personal care items, and perishable goods.
To complete your return for store credit, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges must meet the conditions stated above to be considered. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges for items purchased online.
Shipping
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure any returned items are received by us. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
